By accessing or using the SYNONX website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products and Orders

All product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.

  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion.
  • An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order ships.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. International shipping availability may vary. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. SYNONX is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

  • Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the return.

5. Subscription Service

If you subscribe to our cartridge replacement service:

  • You authorize recurring charges at the frequency and price agreed upon at signup.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
  • Subscription pricing is subject to change with 30 days advance notice.

6. Product Warranty

SYNONX shower filters come with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. Replacement cartridges are consumable products and are not covered under warranty.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of SYNONX and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

SYNONX products are designed for water filtration and are not medical devices. We make no claims regarding the treatment, cure, or prevention of any medical condition. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYNONX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
