30-Day Returns
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, installed or used filters and cartridges cannot be returned. If your product is defective, we will replace it at no cost.
Shower Filter
Unopened / Unused
Full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked. Product must be in original packaging.
Opened but Not Installed
Full refund within 30 days. If you opened the box and inspected the product but have not installed it, you are still eligible for a full refund.
Installed / Used
For hygiene and safety reasons, installed or used shower filters cannot be returned. Once a filter has been exposed to water, it cannot be inspected, resold, or guaranteed safe for another customer.
Replacement Cartridges
Unopened Cartridge
Full refund within 30 days of purchase. Cartridge must be sealed in original packaging.
Opened or Used Cartridge
Not returnable. Once a cartridge seal has been broken, it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Subscriptions
You can cancel or pause your cartridge subscription at any time before your next shipment. There are no cancellation fees. Cartridges that have already been shipped follow the standard return policy above — unopened cartridges are returnable within 30 days, opened or used cartridges are not.
Defective Products
If your product is defective — leaks, breaks, or does not fit — we will replace it at no cost, regardless of whether it has been installed or used. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will ship a replacement immediately.
How to Return
Email [email protected] with your order number. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
